If you see a list of other businesses you need to click on the correct one before copying the URL. You should only see your business listing selected. After that, copy the entirety of the URL in your browser’s address bar and head back to paste that into the form.

Once you find it in the list, click on the listing to view the details. Head over to and do a search for your business listing. Google is looking for a direct link to the exact listing you need help with.
